It leveraged on Mitsui Fudosan’s strength and its database of approximately 300,000 Japanese customers, to expand the international community within the development.

Sunway Geo Residences achieved 100% take-up rate, and it’s a testimony on how buyers have responded towards Sunway South Quay, where it is proving to be a beneficial long-term investment due to the connectivity, diversity of products, and safety. Sunway Geo Residences was launched in 2013, and completed at the end of 2016. Units were handed over to buyers in April 2017.
